First Dham Is Yamunotri 

The Temple Yamunotri  is well known for origin source of river Yamuna. Here is Goddess Yamuna Idol situated inside the temple. You can reach yamunotri by trek of 6 kilo meter from the place Janki Chatty and the height of the Yamunotri from see level is 3293 meter.The present mandir was built by the Maharani Guleria of Jaipur in 19^th century.

The Sury Kund is very famous here for its hot water & cooking. In this kund you can easily boil potatoes and rice by tying in a cloth for few minutes. Devotees take back this cooked item to home as a Prasad.

When The Temple Yamunotri Closed And Best Time To Visit 

The Yamunotri is the first among the four dham where from pilgrims take start their journey to 4 dham.

In the winters ,the doors of the Yamuna temple get closed and the Idol of Yamuna ji brought to Kharsali village in Uttarkashi and for the next six month the idol of mata is kept in Shani dev temple.

Best time to visit yamunotri is May – June and September – November .Visiting time 6 am – 8 pm.

Second Dham Gangotri 

The place Gangotri  is well known for Goddess Ganga Temple & Glacier. Here is the temple of Mata Ganga and worship here,it is also 2^nd dham after Yamunotri to visit. The Gangotri is situated on the altitude of 3140 meter from the sea level. Bhagirathi river flow beside the temple and its origin of river Ganga. 

According to the hindu mythologies ,The king Bhagirath brought Ganga on the earth by doing very hard penance.So the river know as Bhagirathi on the name of King Bhagirath and its originated from Gomukh. After success of king Bhagirath to bring Ganga on earth .Here requested Lord Shiva to control the rapid flow of Ganga .On the pray of the king Shiva agree to control flow of river in his hair. The real Ganga formed from the Devprayag confluence (Alaknanda & Bhagirathi).

When The Temple Gangotri Closed And Best Time To Visit

On the occasion of Goverdhan pooja the doors of Gangotri dham are closed and the idol of mata brought to the Mukhba Village in Harshil town for next six month.

Best time to visit Gangotri temple  is May- June and September to November .Visiting time  6 am to 2 pm and 3pm to 9:30pm places to visit:- Bhagirath shila,bhairav valley,Gomukh ,Submerged Shivling. If you want to reach Gomukh ,so you need to trek 19km from Gangotri Temple.

Third Dham Kedarnath

It is also a jyotirling out of 12 all over the india. So that it has too significance in hindu religion.The construction of Temple is very unique with heavy large cutted stone and it is built in the Style of Katyuri’s.The temple is just near the origin of river Mandakini .

This was the place where Adiguru Shankarachary take Samadhi after appointing the veer shaiv as a prime priest of the Kedarnath Temple.In present the temple is being run by Rawal number 337 from ukhimath ,where in the  Onkareshwar temple  lord shiva is taken in winters.This dham was build by Adi Guru Shankrachary in 8^th AD . According to the legend stories, the pandav’s want to get rid of their sins after the Kurushetra battle. So they start finding lord Shiva to wash out their sins ,but lord shiva do not want to take them darshan.So that they lord Shiva disappear and settled in Kedar,but pandav brother start searching for shiva and arrive at kedar. Here the god was on the form of bull but Bhima recognise the bull is none other than lord shiva .So he immediately  hold the back of the bull. With the fear the bull instantly disappear from the place and reappear in 5 different places of todays known as Panch Kedar.His upper torso in Kathmandu(Pashupatinath),Shiva arms appeared in Tungnath,the face in Rudranath , the navel in Madhymaheshwar and the hair in Kalpeshwar.That’s why including shri Kedarnath dham these 5 places known as Panch Kedar.

When The Kedarnath Doors Closed And Best Time To Visit

After the Diwali the door of Kedarnath temple are closed and the idol brought to Omkareshwar temple in Ukhimath for next six month in winter.

The best time to visit kedarnath is May-June and September – November. The temple closed for 3pm to 5 pm.

Fourth Dham Badrinath

The Badrinath Temple is dedicated to lord bishnu. The location of the temple in between two huge mountains name as Nar and Narayan. According to the mythology lord Bishnu meditate at this place.The Alaknanda river increase beauty of Badrinath dham.Here is a Tapt kund in which devotes take dip before the darshan of Shri Badrinarayan bhagwan.The temple is situated at the height of 3133 meter from the sea level.

The present temple of  Badri vishal is built by the Garhwal King two century ago and it is built in conical style.The total height of this temple is about 15 meter and has dome where almost 15 idols are present. According to the people believe the temple was built in vedic time ,later it is renovated by the Adi Guru Shankarachary in 8^th century.Badrinath temple is also one of Char Dham all over the india. Inside the temple here is 1 meter tall black idol of lord Vishnu with carving of other detail.In the winter the idol of lord Vishnu shifted to the Narshima Temple of Joshimath for six month.

The खैट पर्वत- उत्तराखंड का परीलोक | परियों का निवास स्थान

आज मै आपको ऐसे पर्वत के बारे में बताने जा रहा हु,जो अपनी सुंदरता और रहस्यों के लिए  बिश्वबिख्यात है| और साथ ही साथ लोगो के आस्था का भी केंद्र बन चूका है |  यह पर्वत उत्तराखंड के टिहरी गढ़वाल जिले में स्थित है जोकि देहरादून से सटा  हुआ है।यहाँ के ग्रामीणों का ऐसा मानना है की इस पर्वत पर अप्सराये / परिया निवास करती है । उन्हें आज भी यहां अपनी आँखों से  देखा जा सकता है। गढ़वाल क्षेत्र में, वन देवियों को 'आंछरी -मंतरी ' के नाम से जाना जाता है। यहाँ के लोग बताते है कि जो उन्हें एक बार भा गया | वे उसे अपने साथ ले जाती है अपने लोक | देवलोक से भूलोक तक भ्रमण  इन परियो को यहाँ के लोगो के अनुसार वनदेवी के रूप में पूजा जाता है ।एक  शोध के अनुसार - विज्ञानिको का भी ऐसा मानना है की इस क्षेत्र में शक्तियों का निवास है। उत्तराखंड के लोग इस पर्वत के बारे में अच्छे से जानते है | यह पर्वत टिहरी गढ़वाल जिले के फेगुलीपट्टी के थात गॉव की सीमा से 10,000 फिट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित है | पर्वत की सुंदरता देखने लायक है।ऊँचे-ऊँचे बादलो से घिरे हुए पहाड़| इस  पर्वत पर दो मंदिर स्थित है | एक रागस देवता का और दूसरा माता का | लोगो का ऐसा मानना है की आछरिया रोज रात को 12:00 pm के बाद माता की पूजा लड़ने आती है |

ये  तो आप जानते ही हो की खैट पर्वत समुद्र तल से 10 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर स्थित  है। खैट पर्वत  की अलग - अलग  नौ श्रंखलाए है ।जिसमे से हर एक में एक  परी वास करती है | इस पर्वत की आकृति गुम्बद जैसी है ।इसलिए यह विशाल मैदान में मनमोहक दिखाई देता है | ऐसा कहा जाता है की ये नौ देविया बहने है |  जो आज भी यहां अदृश्य शक्तियों के रूप में निवास करते हैं।

पुराने समय से ही इन बुग्यालों में चिल्लाना,गाना ,चटक रंग के कपडे पहन कर जाना , वाद्य यन्त्र बजाना और प्रकृति के बिरुध्ध कोई काम करना प्रतिबंधित है | अगर आप यहाँ जाना चाहते हो तो आपको नियम-संयम और वाइन ,चिकेन वगेरा से दूर रहना होगा कुछ दिनों के लिए

कैसे जाये परियो की नगरी- खैट पर्वत, उत्तराखंड Delhi या किसी अन्य सहर से 

Main address- फेगुलीपट्टी के थात गॉव ,टिहरी गढ़वाल ,उत्तराखंड |  यह दिल्ली से मात्र  8-12 घंटे की दुरी पर है | आप यहाँ अपनी कार व बस से आसानी से जा सकते है | और आप चाहो तो जहाज से भी जा सकते हो पर उसको लिए आपको Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun landing करनी पड़ेगी और फिर कार या बस से |  यहां से पैदल परियों की नगरी तक यात्रा करनी पड़ती है।

खैटखाल मंदिर को रहस्यों का केंद्र माना जाता है

यह मंदिर थात गाँव से पांच किलो मीटर की दुरी पर है | मंदिर में परियो की पूजा होती है और गर्मियों में यहाँ मेला भी लगता है| गाँव वालो का मानना है की ये परिया उनकी रक्षा भी करती है |

ये ना करे वहां (खैन्ट पर्वत पर )

परिया आप से हो सकती है नाराज अगर आप ये हरकत करते हो तो जैसे की - तेज संगीत बजाना ,शोर मचाना ,चमकीले/ चटकीले कपडे पहन के जाना आदि | इसलिए ये बिशेष ध्यान रखने योग्य बाते है | लोगगाथाओ के अनुसार जीतू बगड्वाल की कहानी भी बहुचर्चित है | कि जीतू की बांसुरी की धुन सुन परिया आकर्षित हो गई थी और ले गई थी उसे अपने लोक |

क्या है गुफा का रहस्य  

यहाँ एक ऐसी गुफा भी है जिसका अंत ढुँढ  पाना किसीके बस की बात नहीं है | इस गुफा को देवादि देव महादेव से भी जोड़ा जाता है। कि उन्होंने इन परियो की मदद से  शुंभ निशुंभ का वध किया था |
